Sheltered Scheme residents having time of their life
6 March 2006

A sheltered housing scheme in Yeovil is proving to us all that there is lots of fun to be had when you live on such a scheme. Residents at Pearson House Extra Care Housing Scheme have a full timetable of activities for each day of the week including activities such as darts, quizzes, bingo, dominoes, boules and flex-exercise classes.

Kate Hillier, Scheme Manager at Pearson House said, “As well as the darts and bingo we also have coffee mornings and afternoon teas each week and on a Monday we have a hairdresser who comes in and does some of our ladies’ hair. For some of the activities we even run a tournament and have prizes which makes it even more fun!”
