SSH to hold open days for new homes at South Petherton & Charlton Adam

South Somerset Homes are holding open days at their new developments at Stoodham in South Petherton and Neville Close in Charlton Adam. The open days are being held on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 November between 12 noon and 7.00 pm.

The open day in South Petherton is being held on Monday 20 November between 12 noon – 7.00pm in the Communal Room at Pitway Sheltered housing scheme in South Petherton, and the open day in Charlton Adam is being held on Tuesday 21 November between 12 noon – 7.00pm at the Community Centre in Charlton Adam.

At the South Petherton development there are 4 two bedroom houses and 4 three bedroom houses and at the Charlton Adam development there are 9 two bedroom houses, all of which will become available over the next few months. The homes have been built to a very high standard and have better sized rooms than many leading house builders. All of the homes have a living room, fitted kitchen, sealed unit double-glazing, parking space, central heating and a NHBC Certificate.
