South Somerset Homes say thank you to dedicated tenant representative

South Somerset Homes have said thank you to one of their most dedicated tenant representatives who has worked with them on a number of modernisation and improvement projects over the last 4 years.
Over 8000 homes have had central heating and double-glazing installed, brand new kitchens and bathrooms, rewiring and improved insulation through a number of projects, many of which have been carried out in partnership with Connaught Property Services together with a number of key subcontractors.
Janet Stone has dedicated a huge amount of time and energy over the last 4 years to these projects. Mark Mullen, Head of Planned Maintenance said, “Janet has provided invaluable support to both the project team and to the tenants involved in the project by ensuring that we did what we promised to do and to a very high standard. Customer satisfaction is one of the main objectives and Janet has certainly helped us to achieve this.”
