17 December 2004

A sheltered housing scheme in Curry Rivel has hosted a Christmas party for all of its residents plus their family and friends. Over 50 people enjoyed food and drink at Parsonage Close Sheltered Housing Scheme, which is owned and managed by South Somerset Homes. They also enjoyed listening to local gentleman, Marshall Stergeon playing the accordion and sang Christmas carols. The Christmas tree and decorations were kindly donated by Rok.

Jan Masters, Scheme Manager at Parsonage Close said, “We do this every year for all the residents and we always have a really merry time with lots of wine and carol singing.”
