18 July 2007

Bradfield Way sheltered scheme in Chard, which is owned and managed by South Somerset Homes, is opening its doors to the public on Wednesday 25 July between 10.00 am and 12 noon.

The free event will include an opportunity to speak with the Scheme Manager, Erin Gage, to meet some of the residents, find out about some of the activities enjoyed by residents and tour the facilities.

Accommodation consists of good quality and affordable self contained flats and bungalows with the added bonus of help and support of a scheme manager. All schemes have a community alarm system and communal lounge where residents can enjoy many varied activities. South Somerset Homes currently has over 50 supported housing schemes.
