Scheme Manager retires after 21 years at Park Lodge Extra Care Sheltered Scheme

Margaret Russell retired on the 29 th January after 21 years at Park Lodge Extra Care Sheltered Scheme, Yeovil. A surprise party was organised by a colleague and residents of Park Lodge to celebrate Margaret’s time at Park Lodge. The surprise party included a buffet tea and a special performance by none other than Elvis! Residents enjoyed the performance which included Margaret being serenaded by love songs from a personal performance from Elvis. The evening was completed by a speech from South Somerset Homes Director of Housing David Mansfield who thanked Margaret for her hard work and commitment to providing such a valuable service to the residents of Park Lodge.
