South Somerset Homes sponsors ‘Teign Tramps’ in Commando Challenge!

South Somerset Homes has proudly sponsored ten employees from Teign Housing who rallied together to complete the Commando Challenge on Saturday 13 th October at 11.38 am at Woodbury Common.

The team or ‘Teign Tramps’ as they were known for the day were spurred on by burley marines to conquer the treacherous and muddy course including stages such as the ‘sheep dip’ and ‘alligator pit’ to raise money for Gemini Radio Charitable Trust, who provide grants to other charities such as the Air Ambulance and Rowcroft Hospice.

The team would like to thank everyone who sponsored them and everyone involved with the day.
