Brewery Site, Crewkerne

Working in partnership with Rok we have built 20 new affordable homes, 5 of which will be available for Shared ownership and 15 for rent at the Brewery Site in Crewkerne.

The scheme is made up of the following units:

4 x 1-bedroom apartments
11 x 2-bedroom apartments
5 x 2-bedroom houses

Two of the apartments are above the shop units which form part of the frontage of the scheme and the remaining flats are in the Brewery building. The scheme as a whole is to be known now as the Barley Yard.

We have used a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes will be completed in the form of Frame Homes UK.
The new homes have been allocated for rent and shared ownership.
