Devonia, Furnham Road, Chard

Working in partnership with Rok, we have built 16 new affordable homes at Devonia in Chard, 4 of which have been sold for shared ownership and 12 for rent. We used a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes will be completed in the form of Frame Homes UK.

The scheme is made up of the following units:

1 x 2-bedroom apartment over open Ground Floor Car Ports
