Working in partnership with Mansells we are building 22 new homes at Jocelyn Park in Chard. The new homes will be available to rent (12 homes), for shared ownership (6 homes) outright sale (4 homes).

We are using a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes will be completed in the form of Space4.

The planned completion dates for this project are

Plots 1 - 4 inclusive - Friday January 25th 2008.
Plots 5 - 12 inclusive - Friday February 29th 2008.
Plots 13 - 22 inclusive (outright sale and shared ownership) - Friday March 14th 2008.
