Mere Lynches Close, South Petherton

Working in partnership with Rok we have built 19 new affordable homes, of which 11 be will be available for rent and 8 for shared ownership at Mere Lynches Close in South Petherton. The site consisted of a Garage court area (no garages) and 8 properties that were demolished. The mix is 8 Shared Ownership Units & 11 Rented Units.

We have used a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes were completed in the form of Frame Homes UK.
