New Close, Haselbury Plucknett

Working in partnership with Connaught we have built 26 new affordable homes, 7 of which have been sold for shared ownership and 19 for rent at New Close in Haselbury Plucknett. We used a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes will be completed in the form of Space4.

The scheme is made up of the following units:

8 x 2 bedroom houses
14 x 3 bedroom houses
4 x 1 bedroom apartments
