Westcombe, Templecombe

Working in partnership with Rok, we have built 10 new affordable homes, 5 for shared ownership and the other 5 for rent at Westcombe in Templecombe. We used a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes will be completed in the form of Frame Homes UK.

The scheme is made up of the following units:

2 x 2 bedroom houses
7 x 3 bedroom houses
1 x 4 bedroom house
