Working in partnership with Rok we are on site building 6 new affordable homes for outright sale at Furge Grove in Henstridge. There are 3 Carey's (2-bedroom houses) and 3 Torridge's (3-bedroom houses).

We are using a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes were completed in the form of Frame Homes UK.

The planned completion dates are as follows:

78 to 81 Woodhayes are four 3 Bed (Tones)-completion 8th February 2008

Plots 9 & 10
82 & 83 Woodhayes are two 3 Bed (Tones)-completion 29th February 2008

Plots 1 - 8
84 to 87 Woodhayes are eight 2 Bed Flats (Barringtons)-completion 14th March 2008

1 to 4 Furge Lane - outright sales 25th January 2008
