Larkhill Road, Yeovil

Gleeson has built 150 new homes of which 42 homes have been allocated to South Somerset Homes for affordable housing under the section 106 agreement. 20 are for rent, 12 for part buy/part rent and 10 for intermediate rent for key workers such as teachers and nurses.

Work started on site in October 2005. This was a phased site and was completed in July 2007.
