Polham Lane, Somerton

Midas Homes have finised building 46 new homes of which 14 have been allocated to South Somerset Homes for affordable housing under a section 106 agreement. The new homes are for rent and all have allocated parking.

The scheme is made up of the following units:

6 x 3-bedroom houses
4 x 2-bedroom houses
4 x 1-bedroom apartment

This project was completed at the end of January 2006.
