Summerfields, Henstridge

Working in partnership with Rok we have built 19 new affordable homes at Summerfields in Henstridge. 10 old concrete homes were demolished . We used a precision engineered off-site manufactured timber frame as the fulcrum around which the homes were completed in the form of Space4. The new homes are a mixture of 13 homes available for rent and 6 homes available for shared ownership and are amixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.

The new homes wee completed in December 2006.
