We own approximately 3000 garages, which are available to rent whether you are a tenant or a private occupier.

Rents for garages are very reasonable. There is a small weekly charge for renting a garage. Please note that on this charge new garage tenants (whether they rent a house from SSH or not) will have to pay VAT. 

Garages are for motor vehicles only and must not be used for trade, business or other storage purposes.

The weekly rent is £6.50. Four weeks rent is required in advance at sign up which is £26.00 and a deposit of 8 weeks rent £52.00 is required. The deposit is refundable upon meeting the Tenancy Termination Conditions. Garages will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis, but we can put applicants on the waiting list for future vacancies.
