Home Owners Handbook

This handbook is a general guide to what you can expect from us and covers the property’s management, as well as your rights and responsibilities while you are there and what to do if you decide to sell (or buy further shares, if you are a shared owner). It is only a general guide. As a homeowner you have full responsibility for your home including repairs and maintenance. Your rights and responsibilities are set out in your Lease or Transfer document.
