In order to rent a garage you will be expected to pay an initial deposit, plus a month’s rent.  All future payments will be expected to be made by Direct Debit.

If there are any other debts owed to South Somerset Homes then you will be expected to terminate the garage, as priority should be given to any other debt.

Failure to pay garage rent will result in repossession of the garage and the loss of any deposit.
