Tenanted Service Charges

As well as paying rent for your property, some properties also have extra services such as communal areas which we maintain.  These service charges are cost reflective of the costs involved for providing the service.  All charges are set out on the defining schedule in your tenancy agreement and with your yearly rent increase.

Should you not be happy with the services you receive then you should contact your Housing Officer who will be able to assist you.

You can claim Housing Benefit or Supporting People Grant towards service charges.
