What is the Tenants Housing Forum?

The purpose of the Tenants’ Housing Forum is to ensure that the Company provides high quality services to tenants. The role of the Forum is to oversee and develop policies for housing management and community regeneration and to promote the interests of tenants.

Who is involved?

The Forum is made up of 4 tenant members of the Board of Management, the 4 Chairs of the Area Residents Partnerships together with 1 SSDC member and 1 independent member of the community. The Forum may also co-opt members. A quorum shall be 3 members including 1 Board member.
