How can I get involved?

You the tenant determine the level of involvement; this could be formally or informally. Most people join a local group, or a Tenant and Residents Association where you can give your views on the service you receive as an individual. But we are aware that everyone has busy lifestyles and other commitments and may not want to get involved in the formal structure but would be happy to be part of a one off discussion group, postal survey, or telephone survey.
