Tenant Information Questionnaire

South Somerset Homes is giving you the chance to win £100 by simply filling in a questionnaire!

South Somerset Homes is required to hold certain information about all its tenants. While much of this is required for legal and regulatory reasons it also helps us to provide you with effective services.

We gather most of this information at the time new tenants accept their tenancies, however, we must also ensure this information is kept up to date. Whilst Housing Officers and other staff will update our records, for instance when they visit you at home, we are aware that there are some gaps and out of date information.

To make sure that the information we hold about you and your household is correct could you please complete the form that will be delivered in the post in the coming weeks or fill in the online questionnaire available on this web page soon (you must disclose information about each member of the household, including children in the property).

To thank you for returning the completed form we will enter you into a prize draw. A £100 cash prize will be drawn every week for four weeks commencing in October, so the earlier you complete the form the more chances you have of winning.
